I had a great expensive with mini Stevenage and Nikki. Communication was great the whole way through, it was quick and my options with cars were explained to me clearly so I could easily make a decision to buy my new mini.

This was the first time using Sytner. The only negative comment I have is that I was not given any information in advance that servicing was in a different location to the main Sytner garage and I turned up at the incorrect place.

Mr. Nash was on holyday when trying to organise my service from abroad. I used the generic service email, but no one responded. So, when I got back to the UK, my time option for the service was limited. So not everything was completed

Booked service in advance. Advised when picking up the car that the pollen filter was on back order and would be few weeks, must have been known when booking me in. Poor communication following in trying to arrange a return date to get filter done.

Slow to update, when checking in my vehicle the team confirmed that the car would be done by 2:30pm for the school run. The team asked me to come in at 2pm to make payments ect ready for 2:30. I only left at 3pm with a car that had not been washed
