Jay and Nikki at mini Stevenage are very welcoming, polite and always on hand to answer any queries I had. Fast responses to emails and calls. Even after collecting my new car, they've both still been very helpful with any concerns I'm having.

Overall experience very good, knowledgeable sales rep, but on handover the car had a scratch on the roof which no one had picked up on. Left to us to sort out which was costly due to having to take a day off work. Not too pleased!

Slow to update, when checking in my vehicle the team confirmed that the car would be done by 2:30pm for the school run. The team asked me to come in at 2pm to make payments ect ready for 2:30. I only left at 3pm with a car that had not been washed

Oli in particular is a breath of fresh air to deal with in the service centre and can't do enough to help. As always the amount of cars that are booked in at any one time appears just too high for capacity and wait times are too long but Oli is fab!

Last year the service was better, the women was clearer on what the charge was going to be, she suggested options and I felt taken care of. This year, I fully felt as though was being patronised, and reduced my service due to this.

1. Work needed on car quoted by phone without VAT so was more than expected when I got the bill. 2. When I arrived to pick up the car I was left waiting with nobody on reception. 3. I asked for a clean and it wasn't done

It was an unscheduled urgent repair under warranty (coolant leak). Steven got the car in the same day and was able to work it in around other jobs, returning the fixed car two days later. Great communication and customer service.

Oil change needed according to the app despite only having approximately 3000 miles. Car 14mths old. Had a courtesy wash but top back bumper near boot not washed and some of wheel stokes. It's cleaner but don't offer a wash if not done properly
