Brilliant service. However I have to wait a while for pickup. Letting people know pick-up could take 45 mins at busy times might help manage expectations. I've been to Sytner before so I knew this may happe .

Meet at the door immediately, taken to my contact, everything explained clearly, taken to a seat where I worked, coffee made for me. I was kept informed the entire time, and taken to my car that had been washed and hoovered. A star

It was a bit of a shambles. huge delay in starting work on the car which I meant I was only told at 5pm that there were additional problems - and it went on from there. Don't have enough characters to tell the whole story.

Oli gave great advice and kindly replaced dust valves free of charge. It's the little touches like that, that make me want to stay with Mini.

Very efficient booking in and courteous staff. Minus one star for not keeping me informed of progress. It was only in for a routine brake fluid change. Dropped off at 8am, I had to chase progress at 4.45pm

I had to wait as it was too gar to go home. The amenities were very good. I was able to plug in my macbook, drink coffee and have a biscuidt and some fruit. the video half way through was good as too was the car clean

My only grumble is my Dashcam wasn't reconnected properly (this happened before) and also it would be nice to have a Mini courtesy car rather than a big BMW.

What can I say ? Nice modern clean facility and good coffee. Slight delay while a courtesy car was located but overall nothing but praise for the whole process. Oli was courteous and professional and really couldn't have done anything more.

My service advisor was great... no problem with him (Ollie). I would say, the recall could have been handled better. I was expecting a recall to result in a fix, not a check. Also, the engine light I expected to be checked and wasnt.

Poor communication, key left in front garden insecurely and was unable to use car for three days, waited for a job that was supposed to take an hour only to be told at 45 minutes that they couldn't do it. Now the survey won't even close!

I contacted mini regarding drive train warning which turned out to be a faulty switch. There was an outstanding recall regarding this vehicle. Considering the amount of work that needed to be done I was very satisfied. So far no issues.
