I booked an appointment to have a test drive where Jay gave me lots of time to ask questions and took two cars out to drive to compare. From then on Jay responded quickly to a concern I had. The sale went through and again Jay was excellent.

Terrible phone system you can't talk to a person. Wrong reminder time sent for MOT. Not advised brake fluid change takes 1.5 hrs. Car failed MOT because of tyre. Tyre not in stock. Went back next day wrong tyre had been delivered.

I felt I was well advised and my car was well looked after by Oliver Nash. I dropped 1 star because after I checked in I was asked to wait as Oliver had a customer with him. I had to ask when I would be seen as 2 more customers were seen before me.

This was the first time using Sytner. The only negative comment I have is that I was not given any information in advance that servicing was in a different location to the main Sytner garage and I turned up at the incorrect place.
