I would rate our overall experience as 4/5. The pre sales experience was excellent. However the car handover felt rushed. The paint work and alloy protection we were encouraged to buy there and then felt like an old school door to door sales trick.

Really good to see Lewis who was friendly and helpful as always. However, it took 9 hours to service the car and there was no time left to fix a problem which was identified. I had to sign a disclaimer to say I was knowingly driving an unsafe car.

The person I dealt with was great but you need to do something about your waiting times dropping off and picking up. Both times I had to sit and wait for at least half an hour which is not good enough when you spend so much on a car and services.
