My initial enquiry was difficult, the sales executive was poorly presented & found the system difficult to navigate. It was actually easier for me to go onto the website & order the car. However when Matt took over, the process improved significantly

As above the process of viewing the car to buying was very smooth! Matt was always available and helpful with any questions I had. There was a hold up with the release of the car which Damien was extremely helpful in sorting out.
