Although there was some issues with the delivery, the sales representative was on it every day and kept me up-to-date with the latest development. I never felt forgotten about or ignored.

They were very good - everything was perfect (except that my 'waiting' appointment, which admittedly did include the car being cleaned, was estimated to take 2.5 hours and actually took 4 hours, from the time I arrived to register).

Oli (at Stevenage Sytner) greeted me with such professionalism and courtesy when I arrived to wait for my car to be serviced and MOT'd. He offered privacy for working away from the office which was much appreciated but not required. Thank you Oli.

Although this visit was only for an MOT, which doesn't make much money for Sytners, they were so helpful and professional. As always, their employee Oliver couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful.

Sytner were extremely helpful and tried to involve Mini but they were extremely disappointed by the decision that Mini gave as was I.
